Executive Coaching
Strategic Dialogue is a form of executive coaching that focuses on the executive’s agenda. It is lonely at the top and only an egotist or a fool would try to go-it-alone. You need someone to talk to in a confidential setting who is empathetic, but will also push you a bit. Applied Strategy clients prefer to work with a coach who has significant executive experience. Todd Ordal is not only a seasoned executive but also an experienced coach and graduate of the College of Executive Coaching. We would typically meet several times per month — sometimes in person sometimes by phone — to resolve strategic issues, help you gain confidence and allow you to think more deeply about a wider range of issues than is possible in the hectic day-to-day existence of a CEO.
